Other Cellulases and Hemicellulases
ENZECO® CELLULASE CE-3
A liquid food-grade cellulase preparation derived from a non-GMO strain of Trichoderma longibrachiatum (formerly T. reesei). This enzyme contains very high levels of endo cellulase activity for hydrolysis of plant materials. It also contains a significant level of beta-glucanase.

ENZECO® MANNANASE CONCENTRATE
A powdered food-grade enzyme preparation derived from a non-GMO strain of Aspergillus niger. It contains significant amounts of hemicellulase, mannanase, guarase, xylanase and also has some cellulase and β-glucanase.

ENZECO® XYLANASE S CONCENTRATE
Xylanases S Concentrate is our highest xylanase activity product. It is a food-grade enzyme preparation from a non-GMO strain of Trichoderma longibrachiatum (formerly T. reesei), containing xylanase as its principal activity. It also contains beta-glucanase, galactomannanase, and cellulase, and has very little protease activity.
